Brats

Created for the band Liars's single, is a composition of non-familiar choreographies assembled to reconstruct a familiar narrative, in this case the well-known hunter vs rabbit duo.  Inspired by “signature” moves associated with well-known characters, such as Charlie Chaplan, Buster Keaton, Bugs Bunny, Elmer Fudd, and Harpo Marx, I developed a new vocabulary of movements that invert and unhinge these iconic gestures entrenched in pop culture and entertainment.
